Hutchinson Women’s Soccer ID Camp offers an opportunity to be instructed by current and former NJCAA soccer players as well as evaluated by the coaching staff of the Hutchinson Community College Women’s Soccer program. This camp will consist of technical drills, small sided games, and full field games.

: July 20, 2024

AGES: Girls 13-19 years of age (incoming HS Freshmen-incoming HS seniors)

LOCATION: Salthawk Sports Complex (700 East 25th Avenue, Hutchinson, KS)

CHECK-IN: 9-9:30 a.m.

CAMP START: 9:30 a.m.

CAMP END: 1:30 p.m.

COST: $75 per player

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 30, 2024

 

WHAT TO BRING?
+ All campers are required to bring cleats, shin guards, water bottle, and a ball.

RULES AND BEHAVIOR
+ Campers are expected to follow all instructions of the camp. If you have any question, please consult the Camp director.

+ We encourage all campers to label their personal belongs. Hutch Women’s Soccer staff are not responsible for any stole or lost item.

+ Do not leave the fields unless directed to do so by a Hutch Women’s Soccer staff member.

+ Damaging or stealing College or other people’s property is prohibited.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
+ While unacceptable conduct is not anticipated from campers, if Head Coach or camp director has reason to believe a violation of any camp or rule expectation has occurred, this could result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from camp. Refunds will not be issued to campers dismissed from camp disciplinary reasons.

+ We expect that parents or guardians of campers will be available (by phone) during of the camp in the event the camp director or other camp staff needs to speak with them about any given reason.

+ Parking: The entrance to the parking lot at the Salthawk Sports Complex is located at the intersection of east 25th Avenue and Acres Road.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
+ To participate in camp, it is required each camper to print the Participant Waiver and Release of Claims form and bring with you to camp. The form must be signed by a parent or guardian if camper under 18 years old. Forms are available online.

Please be sure to pay via cash or check made out to Hutchinson Community College Women’s Soccer.

AUTHORIZATION FOR EMERGENCY TREATMENT

As a parent or legal guardian of:

a minor attending a camp at Hutchinson Community College, I do hereby authorize, consent, and request Health Services and/or Athletic Training Staff to provide preliminary evaluation of illnesses and to conduct first aid treatment of potentially serious injuries for my daughter/legal ward. I hereby authorize the staff of Hutchinson Blue Dragon Camps to act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release Hutchinson Community College, the Hutch CC women?s soccer coaching staff, the Kansas Board of Regents, and all employees and agents on account of the injury or illness sustained by my child while attending the Hutch Women?s Soccer ID Camp.
