The Hutchinson Community College women's soccer team looks to make it two-straight wins to start the 2017 season on Sunday when the Blue Dragons face Trinidad State at 1 p.m. at the Salthawk Sports Complex.

The match will be streamed on the Blue Dragon Sports Network at 1 p.m.

The matchup is the culmination of a three-day, three-team season-opening weekend. On Friday, Hutchinson had a big second-half to defeat Northeast Nebraska 3-0. On Saturday, Northeast topped Trinidad State 4-2.

The Blue Dragons got a huge effort in goal from sophomore Ashley Main, who had a career-high five saves in her first career shutout on Friday. Hutch had second-half goals from Brailey Moeder Megan Maslak and Sheena Nichol.

After Sunday, the Blue Dragons have three more home matches on their five-game season-opening homestand at the Salthawk Sports Complex. Next Thursday, the Dragons play host to Rose State at 6 p.m. Hesston College and Barton will be September 6 and 9, respectively.
