FRESHMAN SEASON (2019)
Ran every event for the Blue Dragons in her freshman season ... Debuted collegiately at the Terry Masterson Twilight Classic and finished 24th with a time of 21:49.8 over the 4.83 K course ... Posted a time of 21:19.91 in her first 5,000-meter race and placed 55th at the Missouri Southern Stampede ... Finished 47th at Emporia State with a time of 24:17.73 ... Ran a season's best 20:49.6 and finished 31st at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open ... Placed 26th in the Region VI Cross Country Championships and placed 19th amongst Jayhawk West runners with a time of 21:56.87 ... Ran 21:43 and finished 141st at the 2019 NJCAA Cross Country Championships and helped her team place 20th.

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed for four seasons in Cross Country at Buhler High School for coach Curtis Morgan ...  Ran on three state-meet qualifying teams for the Crusaders ... Placed 93rd at the Kansas 4A state championships as a sophomore, 47th as a junior (21:28.0) and 22nd as a senior (21:32.7) ... Best overall high school time was 20:34.8 at the Sterling Cross Country course ... Finished ninth as a senior in the 4A regional, posting a time of 29:59.9 ... Buhler won three AVCTL team titles in 2015, 2017 and 2018 ... Buhler's team finished third in Class 4A in 2018 ... Also ran track at Buhler High School ... Ran for a state runner-up 4x800 relay team as a senior in 2019 ... She was a four-time individual state qualifier in track ... A National Honor Society member, she earned a 4.00+ Academic Achievement Awards all four years at BHS.
