Hutchinson CC Sports Information

Because of the high potential of cold and wet weather on Sunday, the Hutchinson Community College Athletic Department has moved the Blue Dragon women's soccer team's opening-round Region VI Tournament game has been rescheduled.

The fourth-seeded Blue Dragons (12-4-3) will play host to fifth-seeded Butler (9-5-5) at 6 p.m. on Friday at the Salthawk Sports Complex.

The game was originally scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, but the forecast for then is 38 degrees with better than a 50-percent chance of rain and potentially and rain-snow mix.

The game will be streamed live on the Blue Dragon Sports Network at 5:55 p.m.

The Hutchinson/Butler winner will play the Barton/Coffeyville winner on Thursday November 2 at the site of the highest remaining seed.
