Following a Top-20 victory over Barton and the completion of a regular season sweep over Garden City, the Hutchinson Community College women's soccer team made a huge jump in this week's NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer national rankings.

The Blue Dragons moved up to No. 15 this week. That's the highest national ranking since Sept. 26, 2017 when the Blue Dragons were ranked 16th.

The Blue Dragons defeated previous No. 12 Barton 2-0 and Garden City 3-1 last week to improve to 11-2 overall, 8-2 in the Jayhawk West. The 24 points in the league are tied for first.

Butler remains sixth in the nation while Barton dropped to No. 17 in the poll. Eastern Florida State remains the top team in the country.

The Cougars are 12-2 overall, 8-1 in the conference. Butler leads the Jayhawk East at 13-2-1 overall, 9-0-1 in the Jayhawk.

Hutchinson travels to Dodge City Wednesday looking for the regular season sweep over the Conquistadors after beating Dodge City at home 6-0 back on Sept. 14.
