The only stream is a pay-per-view stream provided by the KJCCC Sports Network beginning at 2:55 p.m. with Scott Hogan and Scott Gurney on the call.

Saturday will be the second time Hutchinson and Butler have meet in the Region VI Tournament championship game. The previous time was in 2014 when the Blue Dragons edged the Grizzlies 54-52 at Hartman Arena in Park City.

This will be the fifth overall Region 6 Tournament meeting between Hutchinson and Butler. The last showdown came in 2019 in the Region VI semifinals, a 61-60 Butler victory. The Blue Dragons lead the postseason series with the Grizzlies 3-1.

The Blue Dragons swept the regular-season series with Butler this season, winning 73-54 on January 3 in El Dorado when the Grizzlies were ranked No. 3 in the NJCAA Rankings. Hutchinson won 71-65 on February 17 at the Sports Arena.

Hutchinson advanced to its 11th regional tournament championship on Friday with a 49-39 defensive grind against the Barton Cougars. Hutchinson was held to a season-low offensive output, but held the Cougars to an all-time series low offensive output for the second-straight game. Bree Horyna came off the bench to spark a second-quarter comeback with three 3-pointers and a team-high 11 points.

The Grizzlies advanced to the Region 6 championship game after defeating No. 16 Dodge City 65-52 in the second semifinal game played on Friday. Dayuna Colvin scored a game-high 22 points and Butler held the high-scoring Conquistadors to 25.0 percent overall shooting.

The Blue Dragons bid for their first regional champion since 2022 and ninth overall, the eighth coached by head coach John Ontjes. The Blue Dragons are 68-38 all-time in the Region VI Tournament.
