The Blue Dragons have a 16-8-2 bowl record in nine different bowl games.

The Dragons captured their first national championship after a 29-27 win over No. 2 Snow College in the 2020-21 NJCAA Championship Game in Little Rock, AR.

The 2022 Blue Dragon played in their first NJCAA National Semifinal, defeating Coffeyville 38-7 at Gowans Stadium. The Blue Dragons lost to Iowa Western in the 2022 championship game in Little Rock.

Hutch has faced Glendale the most in bowl games, playing in the 1994, 1999 and 2003 Valley of the Sun Bowls. Hutchinson has appeared the most in the Salt City Bowl (9 times).

With its appearance in the 2014 Salt City Bowl, the Blue Dragons appeared in bowls in six-consecutive seasons. That mark bettered three-year runs from 1947-49 and 1993-95.
