Hutchinson CC Sports Information

With an impressive debut in relief, Hutchinson Community College freshman pitcher Trenton Roehler was named the first Jayhawk Conference Division I Pitcher of the Week this season.

Roehler is a 5-foot-10, 170-point pitcher from Blue Springs, Missouri.

Making his debut in the second game of a season-opening doubleheader against Southeast (NE) Community College, Roehler struck out seven batters in three innings and earned a victory in Hutchinson's 11-1 seven-inning victory over the Bobcats. Roehler tossed three shutout innings and allowed only two hits with no walks against the Bobcats in his only action of the week.

Roehler is the first Blue Dragon to earn KJCCC weekly honors since Gus McKay on February 28, 2023.
