While their times were a bit slower than two weeks ago, Cocking and Too posted their best race finishes of their collegiate careers on Saturday and the Blue Dragons placed four runners in the Top 20, the second time in three races this season that has happened.

Cocking, a freshman, was the individual runner-up at the Red Devil Classic, posting a time of 20:02.61. Cocking's second-place finish was the highest by a Blue Dragon runner since Lisayo Ewoi won the 2018 Missouri Southern Stampede.

Only Cowley's Lubna Suied, the 2020 Terry Masterson Twilight Classic individual champion, defeated Cocking on Saturday, running a time of 19:09.12.

Too placed fourth overall, her first career Top 5 finish. Too ran a time of 20:15.99.
